Baltic is presenting a new special edition watch in collaboration with Peter Auto and it will go on sale on August 26th at 4pm (Paris time) and will be limited to 300 pieces, all numbered. You can check out the watch here.
Motorsport? It has to be a chronograph! You are right, it is!
The watch is inspired by the golden age of motor racing and it looks extremely vintage! I love it! Actually it reminds me of the Paul Newman Rolex Daytona, but it makes me even more interested.
The watch hase a stainless steel 39,5mm case with a 47mm lug to lug size and a 13.5mm thickness. The case is numbered from 1 to 300, so it makes every piece even more special!
It has a black aluminum tachymeter bezel which is marked from 50-200. The glass is a double dome sapphire crystal with internal anti-reflective coating which is a pretty good choice. You can find 2 chronograph buttons on the right side and a marked crown with a „B” on it. The watch has a 50M water resistance, actually I didn’t expect anything else, it is enough for a chronograph.
It comes with a really cool and sporty bracelet, which is inspired by the 70’s. It is a flat link bracelet which provides more flexibility than the usual bracelets. It is sporty and elegant in the same time.Beautifully brushed and polished as well.
You also get a taupe colored calf leather strap in the box and special screwdrivers for adjustment.
The dial is my favorite. It has a light beige matte finish and 3 black subdials. The black bezel and subdials with the light colored dial gives complete harmony tot he watch.
The seconds hand, the minute counter and its hand are orange colored, while the hour register and its hand is yellow. These colors are giving back the retro racing colors from the past. It has a Super Luminova BGW9 lume.
You also got a duo of flyback stopwatches in the box with the same colors! This is huge! I’ve never saw something like this, but this gesture is amazing.

The movement. Inside of the watch you can find a mechanical manual Sellita SW-510M chronograph movement with a 63 hour power reserve. This swiss movement is know for its reliability.
The Tricompax will go on sale on August 26th at 4pm (Paris time) and you can buy it for around €2,500! You have to hurry up, only 300 pieces will be available and This model will never be reproduced afterwards.
